Mr. Collins joined DDC inc. in January, 2011. He brings 12 years of planning, design and project management experience throughout the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan Area to the Company. Mr. Collins is active in the Maryland Chapter of the ASLA, the Homebuilders Association of Maryland, and the Maryland Residential Green Building Council.

In his spare time, Mr. Collins coaches youth athletics, and enjoys Penn State Football, Baltimore Orioles Baseball, and Baltimore Ravens Football.
